Great location. Great staff.
Location. Breakfast included.
Could not get anyone to replace my towels the day before checkout. Been waiting an hour. 7/15/2017. Second request to the front desk. Did not resupply the mini bar.

My favourite property in New York. Lovely and delicious morning meal in the restaurant. The informative and personable staff and their quick responses to my needs. Quick check-in, parking nearby. Painless check-out. Unbeatable and awesome location in a great area just off options of places to eat, and other landmarks.

Friendly professional staff, lovely breakfasts, good job!
Very good experience there. A nicely appointed and well-maintained hotel in a peaceful setting with a huge variety of little extras. A nice size and fully-equipped rooms, comfortable beds.

The location is perfect, super close to subway access. My room was spacious, and the gym was a nice bonus. Melvin at the front desk was super friendly and always had a smile. It's great to be a bon voy ambassador here.

Great location, the Lexicon lounge.
Breakfast wasn't great - cappuccino barely tepid, hot chocolate tasted of nothing, food average.

Perfect for Family Gatherings
So, we recently had our family trip, and I gotta tell ya, the staff was pretty amazing. One day, my son got sick, and the front desk was really helpful, even offering an umbrella for our late-night doctor visit. Kinda nice touch, huh?
It wasn't exactly cheap but you get what you pay for, I suppose.

The proximity to office. Nice shower
A bit noisy for such a luxury hotel at 4:00 am - due to some sort of shaft running through room. Also, someone ordered room service using my name/room number - then complained service was too slow - so no charges were levied for the food. Checkout Staff told me that since I didn't get charged - it shouldn't matter i.e everything is OK - but matters to me that they didn't verify who ordered the food in the first place- wasn't from me or my room. Probably won't go back for that reason

The Lexington Penthouse offers fine views from the balcony, stretching from the Hudson to the East River, a major highlight. While the kitchenette had essential appliances, it lacked adequate cookware and utensils were good. The room's ambiance suffered from poor lighting, and certain features like window treatments and temperature control were not functioning well. The friendly housekeeping staff and the enjoyable wine and cheese hour contributed positively to the experience.

All good.

The hotel is great location near iconic attractions like Times Square and offers easy access to Broadway shows. The staff was cute and helpful. We appreciated how comfortable our Central Suite was after a day of exploring the city with our two kids.
My children wanted better seating options during breakfast. Although the room was great, the dining area could use more family-friendly choices and space.
